the Sport & Tour Lights  will go thru 3 different phases during startup:

(1) Burnt Out Bulb Test

(2) Default Startup Mode Indicator i.e. lights will indicate starting in  Auto Mode

(3) Default Strut Hardness @ Startup Indicator  (i.e. startup in Hard, Medium or Soft).
